Rajat Mishra is a multidisciplinary professional whose academic depth and real-world impact set him apart in India's consulting landscape. An Engineer from BITS Pilani, he holds an MPhil-PhD in Inclusive Entrepreneurship from JNU and a PGDM in Product Management from Duke University. A published author of four books — including Enterprises and Entrepreneurship: Promising Tools for Inclusive Development — he is also a regular economist on national channels such as DD News, NewsX, India News and Bharat Express and a columnist for Amar Ujala, Navbharat and Patrika.

His career spans Deloitte, senior leadership roles as VP and Director and his own ventures where he has built products, apps and digital platforms. Rajat's most defining work lies in social and economic impact — training 10,000+ youth in UP, empowering 200+ women entrepreneurs in Chhattisgarh, training 500+ tribal youth in business sustainability and developing an Entrepreneurship Promotion Platform under ChiPS. He is an NSDC-certified Master trainer in Entrepreneurship and currently advises the UP Government as an expert on the CM YUVA Scheme.

As a Partner, Rajat brings end-to-end capabilities across entrepreneurship development, skill building, technology solutions and ground-level programme execution.
